violin recital #1

back at t' farm started the day right with a violin recital at maximum and z's school.
it was unexpectedly pleasant.
there were no cats fighting in the background.

sorted tings that needed to be attended to in one's office.

lost the dumb animal (ludwig) for half an hour who was completely ignoring us calling his name and our whistling the special 'come back now stupid dog' whistle, all over the farm and surrounding fields.
decided it was high time to get him used to the idea of several volts coursing through his body and frying his tiny mind every time he leaves his flagged, designated area.

ludwig does not like being electrocuted.
i don't think it's going to take him long to learn where he can and can't go now.
everytime he got a shock, he did a harrier jump-jet vertical lift off and scampered back towards the house.

there is a beep before a shock.
soon the beep is all he'll need.

returned to sons' school after lunch for school reports and meetings with both boy's teachers.
all good.

there will be reward lego for both of them.

last night i showed my mate fiona the mercedes commercial in which i endorse the new CLS.
here follows her text response:

fiona: "oh my god u massive KNOBHEAD. I don't think I can ever look u in the eye again or listen to yr Danish/American accent"

sadly for fiona, i'm going to be on that 'great british hairdresser' with james brown very soon (next week?)
and then of course, there's this E4 show hitting us all in the face round about autumn.

btw. remember rankin's assistant was wanting to get an email for me?
he's putting on an exhibition for OXFAM with guest photographers.
i'll be one and a print of mine will be hanging at rankinham palace very soon before being auctioned off for charitaaaaay.
get yer chequebooks oot...
