watched the video of a british jhadist cutting the american journalist, james fowler's head off, with small knife.

wished i hadn't watched this video.

but not because the metropolitan police service counter terrorism command has said that viewing extremist material in the UK might constitute an offence under terrorism legislation.

i like to watch the news because i like to think i know what's going on in the world.

what's going on in the world is sick and sickening.

every day there's more and more horror.

SO much killing and brutality every day, on every level.

perhaps i don't want to know what's going on in the world anymore?
