cycled with sons and dogs to mile end park, along the tow path

at mile end park there were many more children terrified by ludwig and mr.bunny (who were tied up to railings, tails wagging) than were not.

dropped dogs back at bunker

(i had stupidly forgotten to remove the thorn that had caused the puncture the first time: fundamental error).

cycled sons to queen elizabeth park where they played for HOURS on many obstacles

stopped for sausage rolls

tried to go on the mountain bike course but it was shut

tried to go up the red, metal, olympic thing but that was shut too.

RTB for chicken and rice dinner and 'dr. who?' on our 26 ~~inch~~ foot wide tv (aka the cove)

everybody knackered.
