just another day at the office

picked up a guitar in east London

drove west to East Acton

early to drop off the machine gun, decided on breakfast at white city house (part of soho house) where I was told I wasn't a founding member, so I could only have breakfast in the lobby

double grrr

been a member since 1998 when there was only soho house: how founding is that?

long drive a relatively short distance to Oxfordshire

to Alex James' (cheese) farm

was lovely to see him: 20 years since our last (fat les) shoot

he is a top chap

super hospitable and welcoming: super obliging, doing photos in the rain

he played and sang 'jolene' for the girls in the back of the truck when they got stuck in a muddy field on way to another location

I was boosting around on a quad: most enjoyable

took 5.5hrs to drive back via the bunker to kent

all kinds of aching and damp
