moments later i was escorted from the school property i had inadvertently walked onto (though an open side gate)

by a little man teacher who said i didn't want to be pointing a camera in the direction of a school (which obviously i did)

i showed him this picture i had taken, pointed out there wasn't a child in sight (it was 7.30am) that i didn't know it was a school (no signs: just a brick building) and apologised

he was quite upset though and unwilling to comprehend i might NOT be a peodo

wish the skeleton was looking out the window: if it was my skeleton, it would always be looking out the window

luring photographers into trouble

as a point of law, if i hadn't been standing on private property and i'd been four foot to the left, on the pavement where i first saw the window, it wouldn't have been illegal for me to take this picture.

in fact, i'm not so sure about the trespassing laws and the illegality of walking though an open gate and shooting this

i would be very unamused if someone was photographing my kids and i don't photograph other people's kids (unless its for a job and there's parental consent)

but photographing a window of a closed school int so bad.
