the eyes (still) have it

i'm bright and breezy at the wrong times: was retouching between 1am and 4am this morning

worst jet-lag i've had in a while

the ramsgate film festival was a strange occasion

i completely slept through the first worthy short: a documentary about a guy who rescues dogs from one side America and flies them back to another

it was inevitable: despite the strange aroma of the cinema (sweat and ass....maybe sweaty ass?) when the lights went out, i was bound to pass out.

woke in time for the main event: 'timmy time' produced by bruce forsthye's daughter and starring 'timmy' maybe coming to a smaller screen near you soon...

in my delirious state, as i was leaving, there was someone waiting for me (and everyone else) with a microphone: 'WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE FILM?'

'ur, I didn't know timmy before...but now I do' was all I could muster
