DTT for 'otherworld' virtual reality experience off Kingsland road with Lucy and sons

RTK in time for sons to knock the s*** out of each other in a controlled environment at their MMA training: they go three times a week now

my dad's out of hospital with a broken rib, which had punctured his lung(?) in a lot of pain but happy to be home
