last night i biked back to the bat cave and was just thinking to myself "perou-bike's been quite reliable of late" when i realised i was missing the number plate and back brake light cluster.

took a fast train back to london this morning.

after a bad night

my trapped femoral nerve feels like a hot knife being stabbed in my thigh, and its kinda tricky to sleep through.

lunch with kate at SH

after ALMOST driving the corvette through a 7yr old(?) girl that just walked out in front of me, totally not looking, carrying a scooter.

thankfully i've upgraded the brakes on the corvette

and i was looking for a parking space, so i was going slow

but it was VERY close.

she'd have died

no parent around to protest to

but i guess the girl knew what she'd done (even if she didn't know how close to ending her short life she'd been) because she mouthed 'sorry' from the pavement.

dropped the same corvette to andy's for some more 'under warranty' fixings (not bad for a 35yr old muscle car)

walked to my 'spiritual advisor' (shrink) for an overdue reality check

went east by tube

dropped in on the D&AD awards with gem

dinner at SH on the greek restaurant on the roof with gem and justin (westover)

RTB by foot and bus (shock)
