at 9am i was standing outside 'JD sports' in hackney central, biting my lip and wondering how to pull off some dog-napping.

the problem was the two morons in front of me: one with an adult staffordshire terrier bitch and the other with a puppy.

mrs.perou would probably not forgive me for turning up with another puppy, however worthy the rescue.

but people like this don't deserve dogs.

people like this certainly don't deserve children.

maybe the children of these morons don't deserve to be eaten by their dogs but maybe there would be less morons if they were.

i consider there should be a minimum IQ test to be passed before procreation is allowed.

i consider that there should be a dog ownership test, to be passed (like a driving license) before dogs can be owned.

dogs are not dangerous: morons the world over are dangerous.
