did some last minute shopping for maximum's birthday (tomorrow)

picked up some compost from B&Q,

picked up some prints from printspace

picked up some MORE presents for maximum in canterbury

picked up a dead pheasant off the side of the road for maximum's roadkill art project.

had to jump 4 lines of a dual carriageway to get it after parking on the hard shoulder on the wrong side.

people must have thought i looked desperate, picking up roadkill in a large LEGO plastic bag, round dinner time.

where the hedgehog that was thought to be dead (another good candidate for maximum's art project) had risen from the dead and was refusing to be part of any art project.

i guess he'd been hibernating

he is now staying a night in the boutique hedgehog hotel: in the underfloor heated wet room

and is enjoying some wet dog food

looking forward to warm day release tomorrow
