the most tenacious, strong yet delicate, beautiful woman i've ever met

standing at the top of our old adversary, the hard, red kamikaze.

this slope starts STEEP and requires mind over matter just to get over the top.

every time i see her following me down this route my heart melts a little more.

somehow this bit of mountain signifies much more than just something to ski down.

maximum makes this run look easy and boosts down it with ease.

i can't even start it: it's ALL big lumps and starts with a vertical drop.

what you see in the background ISN'T the black: it falls to the left out of camera

i'm frustrated by the flattening of mountains in photographs

here, i'm standing on the top of red slope 'hara-kiri' looking back to maximum at the top of the black slope, les bosses.

looks like a gentle easy slope.

it's super steep and uneven: i don't have the skills for it myself.
