watched 'bullet train' at a cinema in Times Square just to show sons the night-for-day lighting and tourist mayhem / hell.

cinema was cool

but there was a freaky looking dude with an immobile left arm and a thin moustache sitting in one of our huge reclining seats when we arrived

i suggested he moved and he just looked odd at me but then took an armchair two down

then he coughed without a mask or trying to catch his coughs throughout the whole film

which was kind of disconcerting

nowhere else for us to move to

Lucy suggested i wore a mask as i was sitting closest to him and she covered her face with her hoodie the whole film

in different circumstances i would have offered him my mask or suggested he off fucked

just couldn't read how nutty he was though

film was unexpectedly good

but i couldn't help feeling that we were in the making some new horror /terrorist movie and we were sitting next to patient zero

he left the auditorium first

we watched him limp out

as we were heading down the escalator and discussing what a weird, unpleasant fellow he was, Lucy happened to turn around and see he was directly behind us

:o

deliberately stopped at the front desk and watched him walk past onto the street and made sure to watch him walk into the crowds before choosing to walk in the opposite direction
