apparently it's illegal to have stuffed vultures.
so we hired a live one: a 15yr old female called dexter.
she was beautiful: a stunning creature.
i had no idea they were so special.
she had a 9ft wingspan and when she opened her beak you could see all the way down her throat.
she was looking at us like she was working out which one to eat first.
shot all day in the freezing cold desert happy to be wearing my new canada goose coat.
a very hard day in the office.
made worse by the cold, strong winds, inattentive assistants and a producer that didn't even save me some lunch as i worked through it.
my back's fucked again after having to hump a 4k hmi around (while my 2nd and 3rd assistants were more interested in trying to dig their truck out of deep sand).
but the pictures are great and everybody's happy.
you bet yer life we are...
