bought a new git(zo) tripod head.
couldn't justify the lightweight carbon fibre sticks, especially as you need to carry a sand bag to make them more sturdy.
will just continue with my already sturdy, heavy metal manfroto bottom half.

stayed up late talking with che, while i retouched the urban night scenes i've been wasting life over recently.

the more 'into' these places i get, the more i hate my compulsion to photograph them.
i enjoy the shootings
not so much the retouchings
although me and my spanish lady friend are going insane AND both dream about these places when we are not photographing them.
and
we appreciate the tiniest nuance and difference in each we find in a way that only the most obsessive will be able to.
i am worried i've gone off on such a tangent, i might not make it back...
