still not sleeping right because of my right shoulder, which is not right.

up between 2-3am for naproxen, cocodemol and question time on iplayer

after a few more hours sleep, took sons to local cub-scout / church boot fair

bought two plates for a £1 and two glasses for 50p

RTF for round 2 of the annual leaf collecting marathon.

helped z build a ziggurat (temple to moon god, ur) out of sugar cubes and cardboard.
