spent much of the day writing another treatment for an advertising ting

had a late lunch at my favourite food pub: the three mariners in oare.

knowing we would be late, they saved me my favourite skate cheeks in lemon and garlic starter too: mmmm

this tuesday coming, my spanish lady friend is going into hospital in spain, for an operation on wednesday.

please can you either continue, or start, thinking the good thoughts and sending positive vibes her way?

need her back, fit and happy soon as possible.
