landscape at dawn

slept long but woke early feeling like UTTER shite: jet lagged up the wazoo

after water, nurofen and the best EVA scrambled egg breakfast combo at the brighton coffee shop in beverly hills, started feeling a little more human

did some charity shop shopping (for the outfit i'd forgotten to pack for the shoot i'm doing tomorrow) at GOOD WILL

bought a new suitcase at macy's to replace the one that got destroyed on the way to LA

the beverly centre is a serene shopping experience compared to westfields in stratford.

late for a meeting with ron and bruce: my american agents at 'ARTMIX' in santa monica

drove (crawled slowly along the 10) back east to arrive late again and photograph super friendly, jerry stahl for EDICT magazine issue 3, at his home in the hills

late for a speedy, delicious dinner back at SOHO HOUSE with zepure, madelyn, lorna and ben (who own salon benjamin on melrose) our old friends from victoria park.

rushed on to main event: rock band BLAKHAT playing an artshow with lots of art by bill and others, and projections by bill.

bumped into manson and discussed our shoot for tomorrow

also bearded jim carey (who i didn't speak to) and superstar dj damien lazarus (who i didn't recognise with his beard and fidel castro hat...he ALMOST didn't recognise me without my rings...lovely to see him: been 13years?)

just about managed to drive back to bill and zep's with lucy madelyn and zepure.

and almost passed out fully clothed
