rabbit time

rabbit time

this is SO much more about getting dressed up and trying to get the children to stalk quietly together (unrealistically) through the undergrowth in an attempt to shoot dinner.

NO RABBITS HAVE BEEN HARMED DURING THIS PROCESS

not for want of trying, on my part though: rabbit stew: i love it.

for a time i was getting frustrated looking down my sights at rabbits blowing raspberries at me, flipping the bird and lolloping off, white fluffy tail in the mirror.

i have given up (for now)
the rabbit population is once more dominating the gardens, causing ludwig to run through the pain barrier of his electric boundary collar just to try and catch a bunny for himself.

currently reading 'the perfect puppy' and all about how to be the leader with a dominant dog.
i'm confused though...
the book talks about how well socialised the puppy needs to be so it doesn't growl at strangers.
what if you want your dog to growl at strangers (but still be nice to people you introduce it to saying 'friend')?

after 3.5hrs sleep, got up at 6am buzzing, annoyingly.

at 8.30am drove maximum to his extra maths class.
the hot sunlight flickering in my eyes, as i drove was making me want to sleep so bad.
slept in the car while maximum was in his lesson.

mark, nina, emma, ali, mum-mum, dad-dad, ken and james came OVA for maximum's family party.
an assortment of fine home-made burgers were BBQ'd by the now open pool.

played rounders on the back field after.
LOVED it: haven't palyed rounders forever.

we used to play a game at cubs and scouts back in newick (back in the daaaaay) called 'stall ball' where you weren't bowled to but hit a block that threw the ball in the air and you smacked it, then went like rounders.
good times.

knackered, to bed at 8.30pm
woohoo: another wild saturday night: all right
