the real wheel of fortune
just in case you haven't quite had enough...
they got slot machines at the departure gates out of las vegas.
(there were also slot machines at the gas station where we filled up before returning the baby blue towncar).
it's just as well i'm not staying too long: i was feeling the lure of the 'wheel of fortune' machines.
last night, i walked away $190 better off (won $250 but played $60 to get it).

(i got a TON of these already)
flew vegas to JFK (NY) and have returned to the apartment i rent in soho (manhattan).
feels like i've come home.
mind you it feels like that in all sorts of places (and countries) i repeatedly return too...even our farm...which is the one place i seem to have spent least time in the last few months (and the one place i'd rather be).
i'm getting home sick and i miss my lover and our kids.
