the grey car with 8 wheels and flames coming out of it's afterburners is a lamborghini

i was up at 6.30am this morning but wasn't allowed out of bed till i had recieved these cards from my sons and a box of 'black magic'.

cycled to minnis bay with mrs.perou and sons on an 8 mile round trip for lunch at the windshack cafe

z has bad hayfever and eyes so puffy he can hardly see out of them.

back at farm, i had a cider and fell asleep on the front lawn with stratford and ludwig (dog 1 and 2)

woke up with a really painful ankle which just got worse and worse and now feels badly sprained / broken.

i am spontaneously falling apart in my sleep.
