last night i went to sons' school play.
i would have found it less of a chore had either of the sons been in it, but neither were.
i HAD tried to wriggle out of going but both sons were keen to have me there and as mrs.perou pointed out: it probably won't be too long before they couldn't care if i was out with them or not.
i think z only wanted me there so he could sit on me and get a better view.
came home whistling 'somewhere over the rainbow'.
