breach of moral rights

DTT with mr.bunny

spent all day retouching the (rather fine) pictures i shot of the dancers last wednesday

took mr.bunny for a walk up the tow path and held him back when he wanted to attack the guy lying on the floor flying a kite.

the evening started well with dinner for 7 at viet grill on kingsland road.

moved on to the hasselblad, victor magazine party at concrete and was initially pleased to see they'd made posters of my pictures (which are now around london) then less than pleased to see that nobody had bothered to credit me.

photographers get REALLY hung up about credit where it's due...ESPECIALLY when one isn't being paid for the pictures.

a failure to credit an artist is known as a breach of moral rights.
it's different to copyright
it's serious.
it's something that other photographers using photographs should know about.

andie and chris started crediting posters with lipstick and sharpies

if you see one of MY victor magazine, hasselblad posters: feel free to deface it with 'photo by perou'

tried not to implode/explode at the party.

did not tip the hat off the looky-likey.

left early, taking 8 to shoreditch house where i am only allowed to have 3 guests.

i politely asked if i could bring in a few more than usual

i was told no (which is fair enough, but unhelpful) then i was asked to take off my (prescription) glasses when i was talking to the person saying 'no'.

'can you take off your glasses when you're talking to me?'

'ur....no'

WTF?

RTB by black cab where mr.bunny was waiting for me.

mr.bunny does not breach my moral rights.
mr.bunny does not think he's more important than me.
despite all appearances, mr.bunny does not have a bad attitude.
