had a bad night.

despite plenty pain-killers, the pain kept me up and awake.

at 2.30am just as i thought i was getting to sleep, i realised i'd shut ludwig outside and he was barking to come in.

back on the tramadol and cider diet.

slept between 6am and 8am

spent the day considering a couple of houses on opposite sides of east kent.
